Lions Duck Race: 4 pm, Mill Pond to start, finish Harrisville Harbor- anyone can adopt a duck that races in the Mill Pond creek toward the finish at the Harbor. Prizes are awarded to the winning ducks. Contact the Harrisville Lions Club for duck adoption.
Harrisville Fireworks: Dusk, approximately. 10 pm

Starting in Grayling and ending in Oscoda, The AuSable River Canoe Marathon is a grueling, non-stop 120 mile canoe race that goes through the night. Elite paddlers from across the world battle portages, darkness and fatigue as they navigate the scenic and challenging course.

The second annual Pirates & Mermaids Festival is going to wow you again. After a very successful first year, these beloved water people are back. We invite pirates & mermaids of all ages to join in the fun! Enjoy live music, mermaid-themed games and entertainment, vendors, and food at Oscoda Beach Park. There are also mermaid tanks, and you can schedule a private swim with a mermaid!
