The Sweetwater Sea Bed and Breakfast is a small beachfront inn located in Greenbush, Michigan, about 10 minutes north of Oscoda. Set directly on the Lake Huron shoreline, the property offers private beach access and uninterrupted views across more than 100 miles of open water toward Ontario.

Guests stay in one of four private rooms and spend their days relaxing on the beach, exploring the Au Sable River, hiking in the Huron National Forest, or visiting nearby lighthouses and scenic drives along Michigan’s Sunrise Coast.

A homemade buffet breakfast is included with every stay at our Lake Huron bed and breakfast and is served in the dining room overlooking the lake.

Each morning’s breakfast typically includes:

  • Yogurt or a yogurt parfait
  • House-made breads and pastries

Coffee is available earlier in the Great Room for guests who prefer to start the day quietly, step outside, and watch the sunrise over Lake Huron before breakfast.
